Outside Sales at JCOM

This position involves the Outside Sales of Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) such as data and voice equipment, services, and solutions to businesses, many of which are Fortune 1000 companies. JCOM enjoys a unique and privileged relationship with service providers such as Verizon Business, AT&T, and others and JCOM Salespersons work with the sales representatives, technicians, and customers of those service providers on a daily basis.

A Salesperson for JCOM is expected to achieve the Cisco Sales Expert (CSE) Certification within 30 days of employment and the Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certification within 3 months.

Successful applicants will possess strong social and upper management rapport building skills and will be technically grounded in areas immediately relevant to our business. Strong verbal presentation and written communication are required. Only leaders, top notch problem solvers, and outgoing, enthusiastic, aggressive, highly disciplined, self-starters with a demonstrated ability to succeed in an unstructured environment will be considered.


We have an opening at our headquarters location in Dallas, Texas, and we will consider employing qualified salespersons who are located in or near other large metropolitan areas within the continental United States.

Compensation and Benefits

Fully commissioned sales position. Benefits and sales expense reimbursement are provided.
